I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The rooms were spacious, but the pricing was unclear, and I missed a day of room service. The Jacuzzis were a nice touch, and I appreciated the good breakfast and service provided.
The hotel had very clean rooms, but I was surprised to receive a bill for my stay although it was supposed to be on a master account. Unfortunately, the room temperature never dropped below 79 degrees, even with the thermostat set to its lowest. The service was a mix of unapologetic interactions and friendly assistance, with one employee giving us incorrect information about the pool hours. The location seemed neglected and not well-maintained, though convenient in terms of access to the interstate. The dining experience offered a decent variety of breakfast items, but nothing extraordinary.
If you're looking to treat yourself, this hotel is the way to go! The rooms were nice and clean, complete with a wet bar, a ceiling fan, and bedside lamps with gooseneck LED reading lights, although I'm in the process of getting an issue fixed. The service was quick and friendly, but unfortunately, we were given the wrong times for the pool initially. The location is convenient, with a nice hot breakfast available but a bit tricky to access due to construction. The dining options were plentiful with a good selection, even though not all dishes were top-notch. Overall, a comfortable stay but a few hiccups along the way.
